Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when an order with Arsenal Pune SC (operated by Pune Gooners) ("we", "us", "the Club"), placed through arsenalpune.com and our payment pages, can be cancelled. It works alongside our Refund Policy.
Cancellation by you
Orders cannot be cancelled by the buyer once payment is completed. Memberships, event and screening tickets, and merchandise are confirmed immediately and are non-cancellable and non-refundable at the buyer's request. This includes change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend an event.
If you spot a genuine mistake in your order (for example a wrong shipping address or apparel size) email us at team@arsenalpune.com as soon as possible. If your kit has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct the details. This is a correction, not a cancellation, and does not entitle you to a refund.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an event or order for reasons including safety, venue issues, low turnout, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an event entirely and do not offer a rescheduled date, affected ticket holders receive a full refund as set out in our Refund Policy.
Rescheduled events
If an event is moved to a new date, your existing ticket remains valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, contact us and we will review your case.
