These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of arsenalpune.com (the "Site") and your purchase of memberships, event tickets, and merchandise from Arsenal Pune SC (operated by Pune Gooners) ("we", "us", "the Club"). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Arsenal Pune SC is an officially recognized Arsenal supporters club based in Pune, India, affiliated to Arsenal FC, London. We are a fan-run community. We sell season memberships, tickets to live match screenings and community events, and related supporter merchandise.

2. Memberships

• A season membership grants the benefits described on the Site or membership page at the time of purchase, which may include a physical membership kit, member pricing on events, and community access.
• Membership is personal to the buyer and tied to the email address used at purchase. It is non-transferable.
• Membership benefits and pricing apply to the season stated at purchase and do not carry over to future seasons.
• Physical kits are dispatched to the shipping address you provide. You are responsible for giving us an accurate and complete address.

3. Event tickets and screenings

• A ticket admits the stated number of people to a specific event at a specific venue, date, and time.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity, venue rules, and any age or conduct requirements we publish for the event.
• Some events are members-only. Buying a members-only ticket without a valid membership may result in entry being refused.
• Where stated, there are no walk-ins; only pre-booked tickets are admitted.
• We may change a venue, date, or time, or cancel an event, for reasons including safety, low turnout, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected buyers.
• Screenings depend on the live broadcast feed and on the venue. If a match is postponed, cancelled, abandoned, or the broadcast fails, the screening may not go ahead. Refunds in such cases are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not store your card or banking details. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured and you receive a confirmation email.

5. Refunds and cancellation

All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

6. Acceptable use and conduct

• You agree to behave respectfully at our events and in our community channels. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is abusive, unsafe, or in breach of venue rules, without refund.
• You must not use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

7. Intellectual property

The Arsenal FC name, crest, and related marks belong to Arsenal Football Club and are used in the context of our recognized supporters-club affiliation. All other Site content, branding, and copy is owned by or licensed to Arsenal Pune SC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Liability

We provide the Site and our events on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
