Shipping & Exchange Policy

This policy explains how Arsenal Pune SC (operated by Pune Gooners) ("we", "us", "the Club") ships physical items bought through arsenalpune.com and our payment pages, and when an exchange is possible.
What gets shipped
- Physical items — membership kits (including the member hoodie) and any supporter merchandise are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
- Digital items — event and screening tickets are not shipped. They are delivered to your email and shown at the door; there is no physical delivery and no shipping charge for these.
Where we ship
We ship across India only. Members based outside India must provide a valid Indian delivery address and an Indian contact number for delivery coordination.
Shipping charges
Shipping within India is included in the price of a membership or item unless stated otherwise at checkout. There are no hidden delivery fees.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Membership kits and apparel are made to order and produced in batches. Kits are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks of your order, depending on the production batch.
- Once dispatched, delivery by courier usually takes a further 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location.
- We coordinate delivery using the phone or WhatsApp number you provide at checkout, so please keep it reachable.
- These are estimates. Delays can happen due to courier, festive-season, or circumstances beyond our control; we will keep you updated where there is a material delay.
Addresses and failed delivery
You are responsible for giving us a complete and accurate shipping address and PIN code. If a delivery fails or is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, or no one was reachable, any re-dispatch may be at your cost.
Exchanges
- Apparel is made to the size you select at checkout. A size chart is provided before purchase, so please choose carefully. We do not offer exchanges or returns for a change of mind or for a wrong size selected by the buyer.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. Once verified, we will replace the item or send the correct one at no extra cost to you.
- Exchanges are limited to a like-for-like replacement of the same item. This policy does not create any right to a cash refund; see our Refund Policy.
