Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Arsenal Pune SC (operated by Pune Gooners) ("we", "us", "the Club") through arsenalpune.com and our payment pages. Please read it carefully before you buy.

All sales are final

Memberships, event and screening tickets, and merchandise are sold on an all-sales-final, non-refundable basis. Once a purchase is completed and payment is captured, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at the buyer's request, including for change of mind, inability to attend an event, or non-collection of an item.

This is because memberships unlock benefits and trigger production of a personalised member kit, and event tickets reserve limited venue capacity, immediately on purchase.

The only exception: we cancel the event

If we cancel an event entirely and do not offer a rescheduled date, ticket holders for that event are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, contact us and we will review your case.

Events disrupted by causes beyond our control

Screenings depend on the live broadcast feed and on the venue. If an event cannot go ahead, or is postponed, abandoned, or cut short, due to causes beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to the match itself being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, broadcast or feed failure, venue closure, or action by authorities — no refund is due. Where possible we will offer an alternative arrangement, but this is not guaranteed. This is distinct from a voluntary cancellation by us, which is covered above.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but your order did not confirm, or you were charged more than once for the same order, email us with your payment reference. Verified failed or duplicate charges are refunded in full.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is due under this policy, it is issued to the original payment method via our payment partner, Razorpay. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days of approval; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
